Here’s what we designed. Floor-to-ceiling custom shelving with varied depths – 16 inches deep for large items, 12 inches for canned goods, 8 inches for spices. Pull-out drawers at the bottom for potatoes and onions. A dedicated section with outlets for her stand mixer and food processor so they’re stored but plugged in. Adjustable shelving in areas where her inventory changes, fixed shelving where she needed stability.
