Brazoria County · Kitchens & Baths
Is your Pearland kitchen stuck with swollen particleboard and sagging drawers? We replace builder-grade boxes with plywood and solid hardwood cabinets for homes all over Brazoria County.
Pearland is a large city just south of Houston along SH 288, mostly in Brazoria County with portions in Harris and Fort Bend. It grew from a small farming town into one of the region's major suburbs. Pearland Town Center and the SH 288 corridor anchor its west side, while older Pearland sits closer to SH 35.
Pearland has an older core with 1960s and 1970s homes and wide swaths of subdivisions built from the 1990s onward. Newer homes usually have builder-grade cabinets and open layouts that benefit from taller uppers and bigger islands. Older homes call for kitchen remodels and vanity replacements, and game rooms often get media walls.
If you plan to sell your Pearland home in the next few years, the kitchen is usually where buyers look first. Well-built cabinets with clean lines and a neutral finish read as quality in listing photos and at showings. We help you choose a door style and color that suits the neighborhood and will not feel dated quickly. We also point out where spending more makes little difference to resale, so your budget goes into the boxes and doors buyers actually open.
Every project starts with an in-home measurement in Pearland. We build in our Houston shop and the same crew handles installation, so the person you talk to at the estimate is accountable for the result. Learn more about our full custom kitchen cabinets service.
Doors, drawer fronts and face frames are solid maple, oak, walnut or another hardwood you choose. Painted doors use paint-grade maple, which takes finish smoothly and holds edges better than MDF in a busy kitchen that sees daily wiping.
Drawer boxes use dovetail or doweled hardwood construction on full-extension, soft-close undermount slides rated for heavy loads. Deep pot drawers, a 36-inch-wide drawer bank, and knife or spice inserts are all built into the plan rather than added later.
Nobody hands your job to a subcontractor. The team that measures and builds is the team that levels the boxes on your slab, scribes to the walls and adjusts every hinge, which keeps reveals tight and accountability simple.
Our craftsmanship warranty covers the joinery and the finish we apply. If a joint opens or the finish fails under normal use, we come back and make it right, because we built it and we know where every piece came from.

Houston humidity is the main enemy of kitchen cabinetry. Particleboard boxes absorb moisture at the sink base and swell, while solid wood doors move with the seasons, so we use plywood boxes and five-piece doors that allow panels to float. Most local homes sit on slab foundations, and older slabs in 1960s neighborhoods often have a slight crown or dip, which we shim out so countertops sit flat. We leave proper ventilation gaps around dishwashers and refrigerators, and we finish all sides of sink bases. For coastal areas toward Galveston and League City, we recommend stainless or quality plated hinges and slides, since salt air can pit cheaper hardware within a few years.
Much of Brazoria County is low, flat and close to the Gulf, so humidity and salt air are constant factors. We use plywood boxes, sealed edges and durable finishes, and we pay attention to hardware selection in homes near the coast where corrosion is a concern. For homes in flood-prone areas, raised toe kicks and moisture-resistant materials in the lowest components can make recovery easier after high water.
As a general planning range, custom kitchen cabinets in Greater Houston often run about $500 to $1,200 per linear foot installed, so a typical 25 to 35 linear-foot kitchen may land between roughly $15,000 and $40,000. Your number depends on size, materials and site conditions, so treat this only as a starting point and get a written estimate after our in-home measure.
