Oak Island homes are mostly modest bay houses, many raised on pilings because of storm surge risk. Kitchens tend to be compact and access can be limited, so we plan cabinet sizes for stairs and tight spaces. Salt air calls for plywood boxes, sealed finishes and corrosion-resistant hardware.

Oak Island is a small unincorporated community on the eastern shore of Trinity Bay near the mouth of Double Bayou, south of Anahuac. It is a quiet fishing and bayfront community surrounded by coastal marsh. Anahuac is the nearest town for services, and Winnie and I-10 lie to the northeast.

In older homes we match existing profiles so new work blends in; in newer homes we help pick a consistent profile family so every room reads as one house.
